Hi, I’m Jaïr. I’ve spent years walking alongside NGOs, churches, artists and mission projects, helping them grow in a way that’s both healthy and deeply rooted in their calling. I love that space where vision, people and practical steps come together.

People and culture

These days I serve as Director of Fund Development for Alpha in Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia, and I’m on the boards of Alpha Germany, Alpha Austria and Alphalife Switzerland. Along the way I’ve gathered a lot of experience in fundraising, events, music and communication for NGOs and youth organisations—and I enjoy using all of that to help others move forward.

Why Reck?

“Reck” comes from the Dutch idea of zorg dragen—to care for, to look after. That’s exactly what Reck Publishing is about: helping leaders and organisations take good care of their mission, their people and their stories, without losing their joy on the way.
